Many thanks to everyone that traveled to Homer. Ben, Jessica, Madeline, Makenna, and Alexa, Jack, Cheri, Jake and Sam, Lisa, Nathan, and Marina, you all made for a very special Thanksgiving for us. Jon, wish you could have joined us, but someone has to keep the base safe. I am especially thankful that you all made it home safely. So many hands made for a memorable time together and an awesome meal. Thanks to all of you, I can say that we will finish the leftovers tomorrow without anything going to waste! I have chosen the best of the photos from our two cameras, but am sure you all have some that could be added. Have a peaceful Sunday and a great week ahead. Love, Pete

Thanksgiving in Homer was everything we hoped for…and more.  A joyful blend of great food, warm laughter, exuberant kids.  And pie.  Lots and lots of really good pie!  Thanks, Pete and Debra for hosting a fun and memorable day that we’ll all fondly reminisce about for many years to come.  It was perfect.  Love, Jack

Here are a few photos of our Halloween. The girls had so much fun dressing up as “Tinkerbell”. They were able to wear their costumes to their preschool party (Alexa too), a church carnival, and trick-or-treating. We also got a lot of trick-or-treaters this year and we were only home for about a half hour. We didn’t stay out long trick or treating because it was only about 20 degrees out, and after this great fall weather we’ve been having I don’t think we have acclimated! Well, time to get use to it. Hope you all are doing great. Hope to see many of you very soon.
Love, Jess
