There’s a new version of the WordPress iPhone/iTouch app out. It’s a separate app instead of an upgrade for some reason, so if you have the earlier version you won’t get an upgrade notice – go get it by following the link to the app store here: http://iphone.wordpress.org/ Let me know if you need help setting it up. Is it WordPress2 at the app store on the iPhone? The icon is exactly the same.
I think so. They should have at least changed the icon – or released it as an upgrade so it’d replace the old version. Makes me wonder if they’re not 100% confident in the new version since this way it’s easy to go back to the earlier version. I haven’t tried posting anything with it yet…
based on lisa’s post with the new version (which was nicely done), i deleted the old wordpress app and YEAH…kinda dumb that the new one has the exact same icon as the old one. j
