We missed Nathan’s soccer game this week (he scored a goal!), but we did get to see Marina’s team in action Thursday night.  If the outcome was based on which team had the most fun, Marina’s Dragons won by a smile.  Looking forward to more grass kicking in the weeks ahead.  L, D/GP

  • Thanks for posting these. I am bummed I don’t get to see any of Marina’s games this year because of my work schedule. I’ve already seen Nathan play all the teams in his league ;)

  • So now you get to see him play each team 8 more times? Should be exciting.

  • Hey Marina, it’s funny, you are a dragon but you are not breathing fire and you don’t look scary at all. Just cute.

Rebecca, I think you are getting a gray spot in your bangs like Cheri.

And, coats? in June? It was well over 90 here today. Come back . . .

    • tee…heat wuss that i am, i’d love to one day BE “well over 90,” but can’t say being IN “well over 90″ is all that alluring. as for our summer here, we’ve actually had more beautiful days in 2009 than we had in 07 and 08 combined! true story. we’re having a brief spate of scud off the gulf, but i think we’re in for lots more beautiful weather. la nina (a rare two year duration this past episode) finally subsided a couple months ago…weather has been fantastic ever since. l,j

  • I think at least one parent (or grandparent) needs to dress up in a dragon suit to properly support the team. Or maybe you could all wear these hats:
