The Difference Between Boys and Girls…
Our neighbor, Mike, and his daughter, Marissa stopped by just as we pulled in from picking up Sam from school. Marissa is in Sam’s class at Lake Hood, and she had brought Sam’s ceramic project he’d “forgotten” to bring home. As she handed me Sam’s creation, Mike held up Marissa’s sculpture and we both cracked up. Then, we put the two works of art side by side, and the contrast speaks for itself.

Sam’s looks like it was inspired by Fraggle Rock

Good thinking on the avatar. Wasn’t music of the 90s called Fraggle Rock?

Awesome. I love the ceramic projects from school.

lisa…there is something uniquely endearing about elementary school ceramic projects, and for SOME reason, the more homely they are, the more i love them. l,d

jon, cheri…YES! it reminded me of something, but i just couldn’t put a name to it: FRAGGLE ROCK. as for the “fraggle rock” era of music, i always thought that was the 70′s
