Halloween Henchmen

Mandi and I dressed up as lepidopteran henchmen (from The Venture Brothers) for our friend Aliza’s Halloween/birthday party. I made the costumes and somehow tricked Mandi into wearing one, probably because she didn’t have an alternative. I doubt I’ll be able to talk her into wearing it again, so if someone is interested in some lepidopteran henchman costumes let me know…

  Interesting costumes! Looks like you guys had fun. Very creative, Isaac. Madeline and Makenna were Minnie Mouse thanks to you guys, and Alexa was a pumpkin. We went to a carnival. Every time I turned around they were eating another piece of candy, but the good thing was we didn’t bring much of it home. Thanks for the pics.

  Jessica, I’m truly sorry if we caused a Disney meme infection. We got some books in Finland for them that may infect them with a new meme if I ever remember to send them.

  I don’t think we were recognized. It’s a good party for cryptic costumes though. We were mistaken for bees a couple of times – butterfly-shaped belt buckles might have helped.
