Ben got a good start on this one in his comment to the post below. But I couldn’t resist the opportunity to get some of these photos up for all to see. Hope you had a wonderful day, Priss. You ARE wonderful! Can’t wait to see you in August. Happy Birthday. Love, Cheri

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Priss! fun stuff. 1959, right? if that’s right, you’ll be 49 when you visit the 49th state which is technically in its 49th year (but we’re celebrating our 50th anniversary). pretty amazing. can’t wait to see you guys. we’re still working out details for that week in august, but should have it figured out soon! again, happy BD and we’ll see you - and your buns - soon…l,j

Hey Jack and Cheri:
Happy Anniversary! That was such a blur that year of the Exxon tragedy. I still regret my clumsiness in the role of best man, but am not sure I’d be any better today. Just not good in crowds of over six! We’ll be headed up sometime tomorrow evening for a quick viewing. We are pretty excited and guess what? Isaac (and maybe Mandi) will be up in August, too, but not for the luau. I think the tentative dates are the 30th of July through the 13th of August….something like that. You know how breaking news can be. Seems that might coincide with some of your-all’s plans? See you soon. Love, Pete

pete…based on most of the weddings i’ve attended, ours was pretty informal and relaxed…it WAS, after all, in Anne and Tom’s backyard! if you were a little clumsy as best man (and we don’t recall that at ALL), then that was perfect in its imperfection. there was a little structure to the ceremony, but we mostly made it up as we went along (including editing our vows the morning of). and…what i DO recall was that i (and lisa and becca) really appreciated your just being there.
that’s great news from isaac. charlie just shared yesterday (for the umpteenth time) how impressed he is with isaac. we’re in the final phases of the first Fly Right film, and isaac just about has the web site ready to go live. it’s a huge relief, though Volume 2 needs to get underway pretty quickly.
more soon on our visit…still shooting for the week of the 11th (sam’s season starts on july 14…jake’s should commence by then or a little sooner). l,j

Oh wouldn’t she love that Lisa!!!! She would love to see all her cousins again. She is quite the little party, nonstop entertainment. We made star shaped chocolate cupcakes yesterday with sprinkles….she had so much fun! Hope you all have a wonderful 4th of July!!! We are eating lots and watching a movie!!!! No fireworks here
