Reunion Shirt Size-o-matic
I’ve removed the order form until the next reunion to prevent spam. -Isaac
I need to gather shirt sizes so I can get our order in to the shirt printer, hopefully early next week. I’m hoping some of you can call up any family members who don’t frequent the ORG to gather their size info. To avoid redundancy you should probably post a comment letting us know who you’re going to call.
Enter shirt size and type information in the form below. There’s room on the form for up to 10 shirts, but if you need more just submit a batch and come back and do the rest. If you want a bunch of the same size and color shirts use the special request area at the bottom, or email reunion@wedin.org.
By popular request, we’ve chosen the short-sleeve Hanes Beefy T in white, black, or ash as the default. The toddler and baby shirts are made by Bella. The baby shirt comes in white and some pastels - if you choose black or ash you’ll get blue. If you would like some other brand, color or shirt type, use the special request area at the bottom. You can browse all the available options here and tell us exactly what you want, but if you tell us something like “yellow, v-neck, long-sleeve, 100% cotton” we’ll probably figure it out. If that first link doesn’t work for some reason you can try this link to the shirt printer, but the catalog will be stuck in a frame.
While I have you here… We’ve gotten the shirt-back design down to two finalists and are having some trouble choosing between them:

Sam and I did the step-back gander on the logos. I like the green backdrop, Sam likes the grey backdrop. So, back to square one. Cheri and Jake will weigh in shortly with their votes (which may still leave the vote deadlocked). l,j

My links were apparently cookie-based so I’ve amended them…you’ll have to click around yourselves to find the Hanes Beefy T colors.
I got a few v-neck options by clicking t-shirts, 100% cotton, then v-neck. Thankfully, there’s only one mens’ option.

I guess I would say that if the green t-shirt is a possibility, I would prefer the gray one, but if the t-short is black, the green would be great.

I’ve got orders from ma and pa, and the Burpee-Wedin clan so far. Please post a comment if you’re going to call someone so others know who else to call.
Dad, I can certainly get you a forest green shirt - does that mean you prefer the gray design? If folks have an opinion one way or another, please chime in because right now I’m planning to flip a coin Sunday evening to choose…

I tried Makay and Ericka last night and left a message. Tried them both this morning and Danny and Kelli, but no answers. I think I have current #s. I will keep trying. Maybe Priss could try in case caller ID is working against me (I am just kidding!) I will keep trying, but at some point, we may have to just guess at their sizes!
I will be fine with either color scheme on the back, although I did say that I liked the gray one best IF I can get a forest green shirt, so now that you say I can, I would vote for the gray one. Ma votes the same as Pa! No matter what color combination it ends up, we will love our shirts. I will draw up a list of the Newtons and Browns and maybe we can try to figure their sizes out. Maybe I’ll call Deb this morning. Dad

Hey Isaac:
I now have sizes and colors for Markay, Garry, and Garry Jr. Also have Deb, Bill, Katie, Willy, and Jacque’s, but will reserve until tomorrow pending the chance for them to change colors when Deb tells them about it. If you need the order, let me know and I’ll send it. Ericka will be calling you soon. or already has. She is calling Danny and Kelli, but we have had trouble getting through. (They are opening another franchise and coaching, parenting, etc.). So, if you have everyone that frequents the org (let us not forget Jean), that should complete the order. Any idea of cost of shirts and how/when to pay you for them? All for now. Jon, Lisa, Nathan, and Marina are here tonight again. Love, Dad

I’d like to get all the size info by Monday morning my time, but if that doesn’t work out we can still spare a couple of days. If I notice anything funky when I compile the orders I’ll need some time to figure that out anyway.
Mandi and I are going to buy most of the shirts, but we’ll take contribs from folks who want extras.
I think the gray/green runoff is roughly tied at the moment…

isaac…we’ll have our tee order in tomorrow. wouldn’t mind knowing which way the back design is going to go (gray or green)…looks like all the calls are made…jean gave us her tee order awhile back, so we’ll include that with ours. are we good on calls to everyone not on the org? if not, let us know…we can make some calls tomorrow. l,j

I like the gray design better…so it’s 5-4 for gray at the moment. There’s another vote for gray that I got in an email last week that I’m not counting because the gray design looked a little different then. So, you could assume it’s going to be gray…or you could wait until this evening to see if anyone else has a preference.
So far I have orders from ma and pa, the Burpee-Wedins, and Priss and co. (but not Sarah et al).

We have orders from Ericka and Kurt, so we can stop telemarketing them. Ericka said that she will work on submitting songs for her troop.
We also posted the t-shirt size-o-matic form to the reunion page.

That’s okay, we should still have plenty of time. I’d just like to get our order in earlier this week, rather than later. We’re also still missing shirt info for folks in the greater Portland area.
Note that if someone gets missed and we figure it out at least a few days before the reunion we can still order a shirt from somewhere like CafePress.
