Coming and going…
Cheri’s and Rebecca’s cousin visited this week from Florida. We had a fun dinner at the Brewhouse the night before Cheri and Jake left for Atlanta. Sam’s first football practice is Monday night at 7…hopefully, we can make at least part of Nathan’s soccer game. Also, here’s a pic of Sam watering Cheri’s plants this morning (we call it “Waterproof”). Ha. Hope the family dinner/croquet/badminton is big fun in Atlanta this afternoon. More soon. L, J/D/GP

Sam looks good in his football stuff. I hope Cheri and Jake are having a great time in West Virginia. We can’t wait to see them in Seattle.

lisa…got a call last night that there’s a parent’s “meet and greet” at 6:30 prior to sam’s football practice at 7 tonight. ugh. so…i’ll try to make it to at least the first quarter of nathan’s playoff game (waldron fields, right?). sam’s practice is at romig, so i’d have to leave at 6:15 to make it. anyhow, will do my best…have two deadlines today that i’m managing on the work front…both are going well. also, talked to jean this morning…she has a fun day planned for saturday 8/4, and i told her we’d arrive in laconner about 11. she’d like to do a buffet at deception pass and the street fair in anacortes. sounded fun.
