Hello,
We had a short but nice visit from Jon Lisa Nathan and Marina for Nathan’s 8th birthday and we were able to get out fishing — here are some photos to share with you - :
Here’s a photo Pete took earlier in April but thought you may enjoy it.

We had a great trip. The weather was great, the company was fabulous. It was just too short. Next time we will come down for a longer visit. Fresh caught king salmon is on the menu tonight for Nathan’s birthday dinner.
i was just going to offer a subtle hint for tonight’s menu, but no prompting necessary. ha! looks like a great trip, and a nice “present” fit for a king. good stuff. see you this evening. happy birthday, nathan! love, g/d/j
Happy Birthday Nathan!!! Wow, 8 years old. You’re quite a young man. That’s a big fish you caught. I hope it tastes good too. Madeline, now Makenna, and I are all sick. I don’t think we’ll be making your birthday. We’re very sorry. We’ll be thinking of you. We will stop by with a birthday present when we are all feeling a bit better.
Love, Jessica
Happy Birthday Nathan!!! Hope you enjoy your yummy dinner…makes my mouth water thinking about it!!!! Can’t wait to see you in June…coming fast!!!! Sorry to hear Jess and the girls are sick…hope you have a speedy recovery!!! Love, priss
ugh. i came down with some new crud last night, too. i thought i was DONE with that stuff for the season. hopefully, this new bug is a quick one. we missed you and the girls, jess…let’s plan something out there next time ben’s in town. we still haven’t seen your new place! l,j
How did I miss the ‘hauling out’ and ‘Lisa looking’ photos before?!? Those are quite the shots. The ‘hauling out’ one, especially. Thanks for putting it up there, Debra. What a sight? Don’t think there are many other vocations in the world where a sight like that is all in a day’s work. Love, C
