I flew back to NH with Nathan and Marina. They are enjoying themselves despite the reason for the trip here are some picutes.

jon…ok, not sure if “picutes” was a typo, but after seeing the pics, i think it may have been intentional. ha. we miss you guys. sam didn’t want to do rock-climbing this week without nathan. i may take him this coming week, but i know he’d rather wait till nathan gets back. i’ll keep you posted. should be full-on spring when you get back…in the 50’s here now, and the little bit of snow is going fast. trees are starting to bud, and pathces of green grass are showing here and there. cheri and i saw “hoax” last night (great movie), and the boys went to “blades of glory” (they were supposed to go to TMNT, but it was a misprint in the paper)…anyhow, they said it was REALLY FUNNY (the comment in the paper was that “kids will come out of this movie talking like hockey players, not figure skaters). yikes. big hugs around, and give a call any time if you have time. looking forward to your return! give everyone there a hug for us, love, gp
The house sure is quiet. I spoke too soon Bingo found a dog to bark at. I sure will be glad when you guys get back. They cleaned the streets in the neighborhood. It will be great bike riding, less gravel in the road. I have been cleaning up bags of dog doo out of the back yard and I am going to the scoop the poop at the Connor’s Lake Dog Park tomorrow. See you on Wednesday. Love, Mom/Lisa
Well, guess I’ve been out of the loop. Hadn’t heard that Jon was going to NH….hope all is well. Does this mean the trip to Homer on the 28th is off? Was looking forward to seeing yo9u guys. Had a family on the boat today. Dad, two sons, grandma and grandpa, and a friend to help with the 4 and 6 year olds. No salmon, but we caught our halibut….small, but tasty, I’m sure. Have a good weekend. Love, Pete
hey lisa…are jon and the kids back wednesday? i thought they were gone till next weekend. i’m planning to take sam to rock-climbing this week, so maybe nathan will be home in time to go, too. we’re doing spring cleaning this weekend…no real strategy at this point…there’s stuff to do most everywhere we look. ha.
the fishing sounds good, pete. we’ve been having halibut once a week or so (from last year), and it’s been really great. ok…back to SC…might hit the backyard next…or, the front yard…side yards…back deck…l,d/j/gp
Jon and the kids get back around 7 Wednesday night. Nathan will miss rock climbing. We are a bit unsure about whether we will head down to Homer. I would like to but I haven’t been travelling. If Jon is working this weekend, the kids and I may head down. I will give a call when I know. Don’t hold the boat for us. It has been such a long time since I have been to Homer. I am itching to go.
hey lisa…i got the itinerary from jon. sorry nathan will miss rock climbing…we might hold off till next week, too. we decided to skip tonight’s 2nd round aces’ game so we can go wednesday…it might be tough to do rocks and aces, too. we’ll see how sam feels and also how work goes. btw, aces’ rolled tonight 6-0. bakersfield is tough (they finished 3rd best in the echl this year) and all our games with them this year were tight (lot of shootouts and OT’s). more soon. love, dad
