What a happy girl! I can’t wait to met her and hear more on the tulip festival.

What a sweet face. You’re not spoiling her are you? I have trouble saying no to the Grandgirls…..Pete said no to Makenna and hurt her feelings. It just about killed him.
I know it’s important but it’s something I need to work on.

hey priss…that’s a fun moment, AND…i think this is your first pic upload on the org, right? if so, that’s very cool! the first one is tough, but really fun when you publish your first post with a pic. i imagine you saw jean during the tulip festival…anything new on the reunion front? don’t forget, you can post and comment on the reunion page with any updates you want to share on that. looking forward to your visit…it’s just two months away now! a good friend of cheri’s from the bank is getting married on that weekend (saturday) you’re here. we’re thinking we might head for homer as soon as you get here (or the next morning) if that sounds good. the boys and i might stay down there through sunday. more soon. the boys are home today (in-service day), so hoping to get a little time off this afternoon. l,j

Yup I am spoiling her and enjoying every minute of it!!!!! The 3 little girls were cute together…I wish I would’ve sat them all down and got a still photo tho…so much action it was hard to capture all 3 at once!!! But I will post some anyway….Okay on the reunion front…we did see the garden club building which was beautiful. It looks like an old church with a steeple and all…wish I would’ve gotten a picture…we didn’t get to go inside but the garden was pretty and overlooking Laconner and the river. The inside has a kitchen, bathrooms and a fireplace with couches….etc. Sounds like a cool place and very close to Jean’s place. Pete and I are going to try to go up before we come so I will get some photos and more info……as for my trip….I can barely stand the wait!!!!! It will be so great to see everyone. Sounds good for the trip to Homer. I will appreciate anyone venturing down that way but hoping to get some visiting in while I’m in Anchorage too. Enjoy your day with the boys Jack…..peter and I are heading to Edmonds to pick up the little friend for a slumber party at Grammas!!! We are going to stop by and see the boys at work too…she calls Duke “Boppa”….most enjoyable…: ) Bright sunny day here!!!!! Love Priss

hey priss…the garden club sounds perfect! let’s get that booked asap. we can shoot jean a check to cover it…might take awhile to get the “wedin reunion fund” organized, so let’s not wait for that to happen. anyhow, let’s get it booked for that saturday…maybe sunday, too, depending on what everyone else thinks. i can go either way on booking it for sunday, BUT if the weather sucks and we want to have that great brunch pete’s mentioned, it makes sense to book it both days, eh? as for your visit, we’d like to make sure you don’t have to worry about logistics. hopefully, everyone can make it down to homer while you’re here…that way you can see everyone together in one place. we’ll see how schedules look that week and figure it out. and…we’re looking forward to our trip down there in august. that’s only four months away, and we’re already counting the days! l,j

WOW! Lot’s happen on this org when you turn your back for a day. I fished today with four folks from Anch….was yucky out, with wind and rain, but we caught fish and got in early. I cut them a deal, as I felt my back pain (clam digging the other day) was more a reason for cutting them short than the rain and wind. Anyhow, I have been getting more than my share of trips and I am not complaining. Peter, that anchor winch is a savior! You are gonna love it! I would push for the two day booking of the garden club….for sure. I can send some $ along when we know about how much we need. I might call Jean this weekend as I want to hear her impressions of the girls. I bet that was fun. Well, Priss, we’ll be seeing you soon….Spring is slow in coming and I am thinking the king salmon fishing will be HOT while you are here. I have two “family” days booked, so lets find out how many the Julia Lynn can really haul? Great to see a flurry on the org….Love you all, Pete
