Hockey

We went to Westchester lagoon twice last weekend. On Monday I remembered the video camera, lucky it can take still pictures. The boys played hockey. They had a blast, making assists, saving and scoring goals. I had to drag them off the ice, literally. They all had sore feet.

    Hey Jon/Lisa:
Very “cool” post. Geez, that brings back good memories of life on the ice with the boys “back in the day”. I guess I better get a new pair of skates….looks like I’m missing out! Jake, are those bunny boots? WOW, how vintage! Sam, you are a classic in camo….allows you to sneak up and take that puck away. Finally, you boys should get Nathan a BIG stick if he has to be goalie (and a mask wouldn’t hurt, either!) Anyhow, thanks for a great set of photos and sounds like Bro/Dad/Grandpa and Cheri will be home tonight. Somehow, I thought they were already home. See you all this weekend, I hope, although I am pretty booked up. If Bec is working tomorrow and we can find the Dolce place, we’ll be there around 6 or so for dinner. We’ll be in touch. Love, Pete

hey lisa…those are great shots! jake and i just picked sam up at school, and that was the hot topic on the way home (the possibility of hockey this weekend!). fun stuff. just got a call from the aces about season tickets next year…been lots of fun this year, but we’ll have to see about doing it again. also, we’re locked in for playoffs…at this point, they look like contenders again for the cup. we’ll be here this weekend, pete, so maybe we can rendezvous at some point. not sure about friday night, but i’ll keep you posted. haven’t caught up with bec yet since we got back…might give her a call here shortly. more soon. l, d/gp/j
