I have been looking at all the pictures and reading the posts for the past 45 minutes, this is great! How is everyone doing? I havn’t seen anybody in so long, I really miss all of you. I really hope we can get some kind of a reunion in the works. Sorry, I have no pictures, yet… Jacque and I just bought a new digital camera and we are still trying to figure out how to use it, we will definitely start posting pictures when we do.

Just a little of the fun we had on our recent trip to Denali Park on the Alaska Railroad. We made it up there and back the weekend before the tracks and the road were washed out by the rain. I’d like to wash that rain right out of my hair. A beautiful day today, tried to soak in all the vitamin D I could find. Hope all are well out there in WedinLand. We’re looking forward to another family trip, this time down to Homer, the weekend of September 9. Love to all. C

Remember the story last week about Dell’s laptop battery recall? Well, apparently Dell wasn’t the only company using Sony’s flaky battery - Apple used them in some G4 iBooks and PowerBooks. Luckily, my iBook is a G3, but I think a couple of you aren’t so lucky? Nathan went off to his first day of second grade today. He was ready to go. No different then the last day of first grade.

Isaac took the Motorcycle Safety Course this weekend and passed the test, so he is now officially a ‘biker’ (less the tattoo(s)).

greetings orgonites…we just returned from a nice 3 day trip to denali. the weather sucked and we never saw the mountain, but the train was big fun and the lodge was pleasant and relaxing. it was a “research” trip for princess…wish there were more assignments like that on the schedule. school starts a week from tomorrow (yikes), but we’re still hoping to make a trip down to homer. also, haven’t heard pete’s return schedule, and we’d love to see him here in anchorage before he departs if that works out with the fishing schedule this week. let us know when you do…also if pete has anything special he’d like to do before heading south. hope everyone has some summer fun left in the tank…hugs around, love, j/d/gp

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LISA! loooooong day today, but kincaid was fun…glad we could all get together and celebrate your birthday and some of the nicest weather we’ve had all summer. the coat looked beautiful on you…hope that printer works as well as the coat looks. we might go get one of those printers, too…let us know how it performs when you get it hooked up. more soon…time to round up them boys and get ‘em headed for bed. love, dad
