HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHERI!
Well, the sum of the digits of Cheri’s age add up to 11. And, while many of you may be assuming she just turned 29, it’s actually just a tick (or two) north of that. Busy day here…as luck would have it, the B&G annual fund-raising auction is tonight, and Cheri is downtown working on the preparations for that. It might not be her first choice for a birthday celebration, but it’ll be fun and - hopefully - successful (in light of all the other urgent fund-raising these days).
Fun to see Pete yesterday, and we had lunch at - where else? - Peter’s Sushi. It was fun to catch up a little…all the best on the trip south!
Not much org-ing lately, but it sounds like everyone is having a busy fall. Gotta say, I’m thankful none of us live in hurricane country…it’s hare to conceive what that’s like, and it doesn’t look like the trend is going to change any time soon.
Gotta get back to it…we’re have a small celebration at 2, so lot’s to do before then!

Cheri, a very Happy Birthday to you! Just remember, you’ll never be as old as I am…….hope your party was a ton of fun……we are down here in Seattle visiting and enjoying being with Isaac and Mandi…….we went out and saw Jean, that was fun for us. They are having a Harley convention close to LaConner so we enjoyed the sounds of many Harleys through LaConner. Saw the bench, saw the Res, it was great fun to hang out with Jean for the afternoon….well, again we all wish you the greatest, take care and hope to see you soon in Anchorage! Love Debra

Happy belated birthday, Cheri!!! Hope your day was great and you are doing well. Things have been good on this side of town. The girls are now about 10.5 and 11.5 pounds now. You can guess which one is still the largest. Ben is home from work now, but he is teaching a class at UAA this week.

jessica…good to get an update on the girls. madeline (if i’m guessing correctly) now weighs 6 oz. more than sam did when he was born. yikes. what class is ben teaching? that’s very cool. more soon…l,jack
