All the best today from the Lake Park Gillian-Wedins to Sarah and Charles. We’ll be there in spirit! It was great to see Tim and Peter C for a day before they headed home. I’ll try to post some pictures from the laptop here…it didn’t work last time I tried, so it may be time to contact “FOTO” for some technical support. Great shot….looks like the boys are having fun there. I sure do miss them….haven’t put the small anchor on yet, but WOW, Tim must have some hawg-leg arms on him. Been kinda rough, but tomorrow is off. Looks fwd to more pics from the Anchorage visit. Hope to see you all soon. Pete

pete…yeah, i have some nice pics from the 18th…couldn’t load some of them because i’d enhanced them in iPhoto, and that increased the file size over the org limit. and, i’m in a weird spot now between these two computers. am loading more and more on the laptop, but still have stuff on the old computer i need (like “fetch”…the ftp loading program). yada-yada. am typing this on a wireless keyboard in the family room on cheri’s network. it’s a great addition to the laptop, and has one-touch buttons for email, web, photos, tunes, etc. has a bunch of other functions, but mainly it’s nice alternative to the laptop keyboard. anyhow, i’ll hopefully be working exclusively on the laptop in the next couple weeks. sure is fun…didn’t know what i was missing. we got weathered out on our bore tide shoot today (rain, thunder, lightning, etc.), and we had to reschedule big river lakes for this tuesday. that time of year! more soon on the homer schedule…still looking at the last week of august for that, but might be early september…depends on everyone’s avails. are you still coming up tuesday? if you do, maybe we can catch lunch or coffee…keep me posted. j
