March Madness
Hello Everyone:
So much has been going on here and it seems, everywhere in the org regions. Jon…great job on the haircut. Good cause and sounds like it was a whopping success. Along with all the politics here in Homer, Capt. Pete’s has had our best March ever! We have had more than forty fishermen….that’s about 34 more than usual! Let’s see, we’ve missed Jack and cheri on the org….hope they are having a great vacation and I think they return soon? We had our corned beef and cabbage a couple days late this year, as we were swamped on the 17th. I did a remodel on the Gilliland’s bathroom as they sold their house and are going to build a new one down the road. That was allot of driving, but fun to see and work with Mike and Bette. We will be going to Anchorage on the 6th of April for the four-day Great Alaskan Sportsman Show. We’ll stay at Ben and Jess’ and we are looking fwd to seeing them and sharing Precious with them for a few days. She loves it here, but I know she misses her real handlers and it will be fun to reunite them all. Not sure she misses Berkley much, as she pretty much rules this household. She loves to lay in the sun by the window and drool at the birds. Fishing has been good for us when we’ve been able to go and recently I made five trips in a row without a weather day. It’s stormin’ now, though. I have lots of carpentry work lined up, so keeping busy is no problem. Well, just wanted to say hey to everyone and be a blogger once again. Take care. Love, Pete

Sound like you are keeping very busy. We are looking forward to seeing you all on Sport Show weekend.
Sounds like March came in like a lion and will go out like a lion for you!
Thanks for helping my parents with their bathroom woes, that sped up the sale process greatly.
Enjoy the sport show and I hope that you have a chance to see Isaac while he is up that way.
hey pete…yeah, we got back late last night. actually, i’m halfback (the boys and i played a good bit of football on the condo lawn there). good to hear fishing is brisk. ever hear from pete miele? i might try to get in touch with him again…his email hasn’t panned out too well (changing providers).
anyhow, just a quick comment. we’re still unpacking and getting acclimated (80-30 in five hours last night). hmmmmm… j
What no photos to warm our hearts!? Please post a waaarrrmmm photo. I got my snow tires off yesterday, and they are in the back of the van for traction right now.

See you in Anchorage soon!
