hey…busy week here, and i wanted to post a few sled pics from last weekend. still need to load those up, so for now, here are a few a received from markay awhile back…i’m thinking of them as wedin.org “Wanted Posters”…
still hoping dan, jr. makes an appearance here soon, but i’m sure they’ve got their hands (and diapers) full right now. great posts and comments lately…the org has been a fun part of every day lately…more soon…l, jack

You must have posted from your “duo” as I got that one doubled! It’s a great post and I hope the subjects see it and respond. Can you imagine how much MORE fun this would be with comments in the twenties? Getting excited about traveling. I haven’t talked to Jess about a late supper, but Debra imagines that would be a bit late on Saturday. We won’t get in till 7:40 PM, so maybe a dessert rendevous at their house would work. I’m thinking Debra might be right, but she insisted on coming to get us. We will take a cab in the morning, though. Am still hoping to make a big post before I leave….lot’s has been stacking up here (literally). We should be fishing today….it is gorgeous. Pete

pete…thanks for the thoughtful comment. not sure WHAT happened on that post. i’m sure i only uploaded it once. hmmm. and yeah, i hope it prompts a post or two…even a comment would be great! the boys passed their karate tests last night and were awarded new belts at tonight’s session…sam is now an oranage belt and jake is a blue belt…pretty cool since they’ve only been at it since september.
we’ve got a bunch of 7/8 year olds here saturday (and sunday). we’re doing sam’s birthday now…we’re always in hawaii for his birthday, so thought we’d celebrate early here with his friends. h2oasis on saturday…should be fun. look forward to that post you mentioned…more soon. jack
Congratulations to Jake and Sam on their belts. Condolences on the infestation of 7/8 year olds. Good idea celebrating early. Jon will be down next weekend for his emt class.
hey lisa…probably more apropos to email this, but fun to keep the comments going, too. yeah, it was a boy-fest for 24 hours…started with 3 hours at h2oasis and went till after 2 a.m. this morning. cheri and i are still feeling it. ha. we’re off to a martial arts expo this afternoon…where the “huts” just keep on comin’. look forward to seeing jon next weekend…let us know the details on that when you can. more soon! dad

markay. first, great to see you here on the org! took me a bit to figure out that your comment is on a post from three years ago. anyhow, i’m hoping your comment is in jest, but on the off chance there’s a misunderstanding here, i’ll explain “Wanted Posters”: it was my attempt to compose a clever invitation to you, danny, kelli, katie, willy and others to post on the org - as in be a wedin.org “poster.” if you read the post and comments, i think this invitation is fairly clear, but i can also understand how my attempt at cleverness here could backfire. anyhow, hope this clears things up if this WAS a misunderstanding. and again, great to hear from you…it’s been awhile. hugs around, love, jack

hey katie…i almost MISSED your comment. great so see you on the org! i called markay on sunday…seems like my attempt at cleverness three years ago kinda backfired, but after talking it through, all was well and we enjoyed some good laughs. three years ago, i was really hoping the org would become a great way (and place) for our family to get together (in words and pictures, anyway) more often. it’s taken time, but it has grown and more of the family visits more often as time goes along. we’re REALLY looking forward to the reunion…see you in two months! love, uncle jack
