Homer for the Holidays!
hey-hey…just a quick “hello” and happy almost christmas! we had a hectic but FUN day today…family lunch at sullivan’s (a new tradition), and a bit of afternoon shopping at the 5th avenue mall and nordstrom…the boys ALWAYS love that…NOT!
had a great trip to homer yesterday…always good to pete and debra, and the weather was absolutely PERFECT…it was a homer chamber of commerce kinda day…after the past few weeks here in anchorage, it was next best thing to hawaii! and…the shopping was - as always - a unique experience…homer really does have a lot of one-of-a-kind stuff.
looking forward to seeing jon, lisa, becca, nathan and marina this weekend. we’re also hoping pete and debra make it up this weekend and that ben and jessica make it over (if not, we’ll probably invade them over the weekend)…we’ll save some pie for isaac and mandi, too!
well, time to pack it in after a hectic (but fun) day…drive careful out there!!!

That’s great that you made it down to Homer for some shopping. The have so many cool shops and the best food too. We are heading down to Clear to have dinner with Jon and spend the night tomorrow night then we will all head down to Anchorage together. We should probably surface in the early afternoon depending on road conditions. The kids have been talking about going to Granny and Grandpa’s since our last trip. Hope to see everyone soon.
