on a scale of 1-220…

just wanted to share an excerpt of an e-mail i received from dee buchanon whose family went fishing with captain pete’s this past sunday…

I CAN’T BELIEVE what a great trip we had! Talk about beginner’s luck
for the kids! Here are the results:

Sami age 11: 220 pounder and a 35 pounder
Lizzy age 12: 170 pounder and a 30 pounder
Jacob age 7: 118 pounder
Adults: ZERO!

We all caught rock fish too, and the water was nice–1 to 2 feet. I
couldn’t have asked for a better day!

so…that’s pretty much an ad right there! all you need is a headline.

btw, dee will be “developing” digital pics from the trip soon. i’ll upload them to our ftp site for review/dowload when she has them available. see you next week. btw, we’ve got a place lined up for wednesday night, too, so we’ll be coming down early on the 5th and departing on the 8th.

Thanks, Jack, that was a great post. Haven’t heard from Dee, but I know she had a great time and Tim and I really enjoyed the day as well. It was FOGGY, but the company was good and the fishing went well. Five fish and five cooler stuffed with fillets! Anxious to see the pics….we sort of didn’t get much, as our digital was set on movie when Debra took the stills….I was cleaning the boat. We had hired the “Buttwackers” to haul, hang, and fillet the fish as I just didn’t was to lift them again. Looking fwd to your visit. Janet and Henry are coming on the clam dig, if that’s okay. Lisa will be down on the 4th and we may do some tidepooling, or go to Seldovia…play it by ear. Take care and see you all soon. Love, Pete
