Frosty!
hey all…lots on the lake park buffet today, so just have a few minutes here. was hoping to see a posting from pete on the kodiak hunt…looking forward to that! fun to see the marina “spaghetti-oh-oh” series…like debra, it brought back memories for me, too (pretty fresh memories, actually)…cheri and sam depart this evening for atlanta… jake and i follow on the 21st to spend thanksgiving week with the gillian clan. teresa, cheri’s sister, sent a great list of events/activities…looks like jake and i will be joining tom and doug (cheri’s dad and brother-in-law) for a hawks-raptors game…be fun to see vince carter live. lots of other great possibilities, BUT…at the top of my list is carving out some generous “down” time (as in recliner-football-dozing off), and just hanging out with everyone there…it’s been quite awhile since the four of us made a trip down that way (and they’ve visited up here several times in the meanwhile). well, back to it here…hope this finds everyone warm and cozy (it’s 7 degrees here right now, but that’s tropical compared to the below zero high in fairbanks today…yikes!). i’ll bet that trip to maui is sounding REALLY good about now, eh? jack/dad/grampa

Really frosty here in Fairbanks -25 when I left from work this moring, my car never fully defrosted on the inside. Our thermometer in Fairbanks quits working at -25 and its not working now so needless to say its cold. Lisa had some of her friends and their kids spend the night last night, so there is a full house here, so we are plenty warm inside.
Hello from Homer,
Pete made it back Thursday night, we spent a couple of days cutting up meat, and his laptop went on the fritz so he hasn’t been able to email anyone. It’s 9 degrees here, Pete has a charter this morning, but he thinks it may be too cold to go.
Well, better get to work, take care and talk to you later
Debra
